At Tempered Fabrication, we are committed to providing high-quality manufactured parts for your vehicle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
2. Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for manufactured items within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and includes all original packaging and documentation. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for manufacturing errors or incorrect parts sent. We do not accept returns based on change of mind. In the case of a return, it is up to us to decided whether or not the returned product gets repaired/fixed or a new product gets sent.
- Notification: To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods to start the return process.
- Return Process: Once authorized, follow the provided return instructions. Items must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
3. Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are processed for returned items that meet our return criteria. Refunds are not issued for items that have been used, damaged, or not returned in their original condition.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges
- Policy: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order after returning the original item.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
